It is very likely, if the conditions that caused it in the first place still exist (being treated DOES NOT cure it). . . In other words you must ensure that the snake's enclosure is properly ventilated and eliminate any source of moisture (excluding the waterbowl of course). If water spills in the cage, make sure you clean it up right away or mildew will form - probably the chief contributor to respiratory illness. At the same time, don't let it get too dry in there or the snake may have problems shedding (this is rarely a problem and can be cured by placing a large enough dish in there so the snake can soak in it). Bottom line: Better have it too dry than to have it too wet in the cage.
Check your cage once daily and everything should be alright...
