Ok, I bought a couple of mystery juvie GTPs. The seller said the information did not accompany the snakes from Indo. They were imported with some Aru looking adults, also without documentation. They have the spots on the belly that I have been told is common for Arus. They have black tails that are exceedingly long and slender, I beleive this is not the norm for Arus. The dorsal pattern is broken with lateral spotting suggesting they may not be of mainland origin. They are color changing quickly and have small bits of white showing up already.

The real question is "can we ever really tell their likely point of origin before they reach adulthood" Even then we must refer to them as types. But can we really call a juvie a ___type unless we have the adults in hand or know the breeding data? I just love the anticipation though.
