I think I've picked a name...Little Turd...LOL I came home once again and tried feeding him....I usually place him in a tupper ware like container to eat...no crix all over to catch later , so less commotion which could stress him out...long story short, he'll eat the crix if placed directly into his tank... and I'm just as happy as can be....

Yippee! Darwin was the same after a week or so. he seemed to get a bit freaked out in the container and I had put a shallow bolw in his tank but most of them would climb out - and he would race around and get them. That is when I decided to just free range. I take certain items out of hsi tank when I do it (like cork bark) so the little critters can't hide and come out at night.

Chameleon Help & Resource Info

I just have a river rock and a branch in his tank for now, so I'll just take the branch out when I turn the lights out...he sleeps standing up pressed against the side of the tank so he shouldn't miss it...we designed a container with a door for Smaug, we call it McDonald's....lol...once he's eaten regularly for a while, I'll try that with him...took Smaug no time to figure it out...crix can get out but not as many...
