i havent been here in a while, so i got some things i would really appreciate an answer to. i have a timor monitor, however i have been away at college and my mom has been nice enough to take care of him while i have been living in these "pet free" dorms. anyway, at the end of the summer i will be bringing him and my parrot when i come back up, the temperatures here are a little different seeing as he is currently in san diego, and i will be bringing him to Davis, ca (norcal. is there anything i should do for him to get him accustummed other than try to achieve the right temps/humidity as much as i can? is there a chance that i can lose him due to the change in wheather (if so, would anyone in socal like an awsome timor monitor)?
and now, my other less important questions: number one, i think it would be awsome if i could get him a gigantic tank and make the water section kinda like a mini-aquarium in there with a filter and fish i can see through the glass (i hope you get what i mean). is this possible and would it harm him? or would he like it too much and chomp down on the fish (if so, it's gonna be some cheap fish and ghostshrimp living there)?
also, can i get him (it actually could be a her) a mate and house them together year round (if so, can you guys recomend a place or herp show uo here in norcal)?
and lastly, this is probably more for me, but can i put like an anole/gecko/long tail grass lizard or some other cheap one in there for him to "play with" and eat so its a little more like nature?
thanks for readin through all that and any help you can offer
