Very nice pics of all your mexicanas Jetzen. I can't comment one specific one, I liked them all. You said mexicanas were hard to feed, damn there eating out of your hand man! hehehe
Thanks for the posting,
Uncloudy

Thanks,I was brainwashed to believe that this complex was problematic eaters, SOME of my 03's were difficult problem children, and it took me months to get them out of their paranoia, just goes to show what patience can do.
My 04's jumped right in to feeding in hand, go figure.
Glad you like the pics and there will be more.

I love the 3 spots on the San Luis Potosi's head markings, really nice. With a small collection, like mine, I feed all them in seperate feeding containers. Only two snakes out of all of them don't feed in the containers are a thayeri and mex mex. Both of them get very nervous and timid and spend their time trying to get out of the feeding containers. The good news is they both readily eat their mice inside their cage hide boxes. There is alot of misinformation out there about troubled mexicanas and I don't know if you saw John Lassiters post about getting a troubled hatchlings to feed, but it works. To me any hacthling or baby snake can give you problems in just about any species.
Looking forward to more pics Jetzen,
Uncloudy

Do you have more mexicanas in your collection that what was posted?

I agree that ANY hatchling can have issues about eating.
That was all my mexicana types but i'll be adding more this year, and that's a very nice one you have.

Great looking Mexmex Jetzen.....I like the busy pattern
Also I love those olive looking Thayeri below....
You will have a blast breeding them and seeing what they will produce......You are going to find out next year, right?
