If this is blister disease, it is usually caused by low or lack of heat and a damp, dirty cage. It can also be caused by ecto-parasites. The blisters can form on the belly scales, sides and sometimes on the dorsal side of the snake. It is best to get the snake a veterinarian. Caging should be kept clean and dry during treatment.
This problem can usually be treated by keeping the snake in a clean (paper-towel substrate), dry cage. A vet will determine the type of anti-biotic &/or anti-fungal needed both topically & systemically. Goodluck
