Last week, and this week I had 2 out of 9 take unscented pinkies.
Today, I lightly scented the pinkies heads on the other 7 with a frozen toad. (after all, don't we all have frozen toads??) Had 2 more eat. This is a shot of todays success. Only 5 more to get feeding. I also tried tree frog and braining.

Have you tried fish scent? I use launce fish?

Its packets of tiny frozen eel like fish, sold for tropical fish consuption. This last clutch i just hatched all took dead unscented pinks!!!.....Result!

you should have waited them out! if 2 ate unscented pinkies so will the rest. your just giving them to many options and do you really want to have to scent with all these other things when you dont need to? just because you think they are not going to eat soon enough. they will or would have, but now your putting all these other scents in there heads. if you offered me a hot dog and I wasn't to hungry then a little later you offered me a ham sandwich but it just didn't smell to good right then, so you went and made me a B.L.T. with avocado! but I dont care much for lettuce and then a hour later you said come on JIM just eat one of them I would be all confused and would not know what I wanted to eat then! are you fallowing me hare? some times people just aren't patient enough and make things much harder then it could be! PS dont try the fish! I could mail you some dirty sock next and that could work just the same!! PS..PS I dont mean this to sound negative. Im just trying to stress my point from what I know to be true. call me if you need some help Steve.
