I'm thinking on getting a red tail but...

darkpythons666 May 14, 2005 02:42 PM

How quick do red tails grow if fed right and all? And do red tails like to climb on branches and things?

Well it depends what you me by Red Tail and what locality you are thinking about. most non-dwarf boas are going to be 6'-8' by their 5th year, some may be much larger and some may be much smaller. The first 3 years is when they will grow the most, with many hitting a thin three feet by the end of year one and a thick 5 feet by end of year two.
I hope this helps
