heating question

I'm building a new cage for my ball pythons. Ive created a rack system, just your plain and ordinary ball python rack. My question is... My plastic tupperware containers are 28 qt., 22 inches long by 16 inches wide, and 5 inches high. I dont have dedicated reptile room, so the rack wil be in a normal room at normal room temps. What is the best way to heat the rack/tupperware containers. I asume is would be flexwatt or heat tape or a heat pad. I'm just not sure how much I shoudl expect to neeed to get the desired temps. Ive been looking around and found this............................................................6" x 11" (7 Watts) $14.95 [Add to Quick List]
11" x 11" (12 Watts) $21.95 [Add to Quick List]
17" x 11" (20 Watts) $27.95 [Add to Quick List]
23" x 11" (28 Watts) $32.95 ..............this is for dragons lair heat matts. Would you suggest one of these? If so which size, how much should I expect to need? Or do I need something else? I understand know one will be able to say for sure, but would appreciate any advice or input from anyone with rack heating expierence. Thanks in advance Vicious

Do some searching for Flexwatt before you go that route.I just bought some more from here,

Here is a nice page to learn to install it.
