How can I tell if hatchling Sulcata is dehydrated?

critterfarm101 May 16, 2003 09:58 PM

I soak my hatchling for 10~15 minutes every day and he is healthy right now, but I hear so much about dehydration that I wanted to know the symtoms where if he started getting like that I would recognise it right away.
THANKS!!

I would assume the would start to get lethargic but you should not have to worry. I soak my little guy every few days. As long as they have a place to run from the heat for a while you wont have to worry about dehydrating.

Eyes in a dehydrated tort are sunken in.
