I wanted to share the story of BooBoo, my baby water dragon who is now a year old. I found BooBoo in my big wd cage one day after work. They have a beautiful big 8'X4'X7'high cage. Boo,for short, was hanging on the side of the cage just above a live plant. His mother was in the plant, I don't know if she saw him and was after him or what. It's probably a good thing I spotted him when I did. He was so tiny and cute. We set him up a home in a 10 gal aquarium right away. I never did find the egg he hatched out of in the big cage. I do a pretty thorough cleaning of the cage once a week, but never did find that egg. So he hatched all on his own with no human intervention. I guess my cage conditions are pretty favorable for hatching eggs. Anyways...Boo is about a year old now, I found him a year ago anyway. No telling how many days he roamed around in there before I found him. I just thought this was a neat story. Boo is doing very well, and is growing in leaps and bounds. I still can't tell if it is a male or female for sure. When I figure out how to post a pic, I'll do so.
