Budweiser and roundups

I've heard for years now that Budwieser may or may not sponsor rattlesnake roundups. I actually E-mailed Bud about this a few years back and got a response saying ti was a misunderstanding. Can anyone more in touch with this situation enlighten me to the current situation.
