my super hypo tangerine leopard gecko lizzie over the past few weeks lost weight from her tail, it is now completely thin. she doesnt move around much and hasnt eaten in a week. her feces stinks very badlyand comes out in small slops. her nus has turned blood red.
what can i do!?!?!

When ever they have very badly smelling feces, it's usually a tell tale sign of coccidia/ or some parasite.
Only medicine can help her now if its not to late. Don't allow her to get so thin and weak, theres no turning back 
I hope you can get her up and Spunky again real soon.
