We need to know a little more than you've given us. For instance, if your room is already 40,you'll need a lot of heat...if it's 80, you wont. Make sense?
Give us some more detail...but you wont need much to raise the temps for a leo, over room temps.
It can be dome cheaply.
And let me reiterate...reptile keeping is not cheap to begin with.
Cheap is a relative term.
So let us know more, and we can give you reccomendations.

i meant without having to spending too much ontop of the basic setup. ice just been told on the leo forums and by other leo keepers not to worry too much. ill just have to bee carful about opening my window. if i get a thermostatic valve on my radiator that will help. i think it wil be ok.
and i know about it being expencive
Give us some temps and we'll let you know....I'm not sure you still have a question by your post...
