wow, now that's a pet! Disregarding the legalities of this species, what would one cost as a hatchling? I can't imagine they are many breeders of these guys.

The nice thing about aldabrans vs. galops is that there is no restrictions placed on them here in the U.S. There is some breeders around and as for the price, all you have to do is check the classifieds and see a wide range of sizes and prices to get the general picture of what they run.

Price wise, baby aldabra's are a drop in the bucket compared to what the asking price is for some designer morph ball pythons...

I'm not quite sure what your point is......Your comparing apples and oranges and I don't recall saying anything about aldabrans being the most expensive reptile.....Please explain.
