My two BIG female Cal kings have finally done the deed. Both of them layed 12 perfect eggs. I tried setting them up on some grating but they seem to want to roll around at the slightest movement. I decided to just set them up the normal way in regular vermiculite.
My smaller high white female layed what looked to be one good egg and 3 slugs in her water bowl. (she was at least 2 weeks early??) And my albino girl seems to be coming along fine and should lay in about 15 days or so. I already put both of my BIG girls back in with my male to get them ready to double clutch.
As soon as I see they are hooked up or can tell they are gravid for sure I'm gonna ship them to a new owner. I need to make some more room for my new variable/nuevo leon/thayeri kingsnakes.
