well, the little boogers are getting along great. they got to sit outside in the sunlight for a little bit today, just five minutes, i was afraid of frying them. i am can tell them apart easily now and they are all getting cute personalities.

the first born is lucia or lucio depending on the sex. it is the smallest one and i have not seen it eat or poop yet. he looks at the crickets but never attacks yet. he is very good at drinking water from the eye dropper though and i added a little calcium to the water. he has yellow stripes down his back. he saw my uro hugo the other day and stood on all fours and puffed out

then there is the second born who i have dubbed little hellion. that is the one that is going to my sister, who is also second born ha ha. i have seen him eat and he likes to jump blindly off my hand and run. the other day he landed in my cup of ice cold water.

then there is the third born, who i call love child because he has a spot in between his collars in the shape of a heart. i am sure it will go away but it is cute for now. i have seen him poop, i never thought pooping could be cute, ha ha. he really like the eye dropper and tried to eat the water. when it dropped off onto my hand, he bit me!

they all have greenish tints which is no surprise because gertie is green, but i swear those heads look yellow to me

Do you have more eggs now? You might be able to sex those babies earlier than you think. I know some take longer than others, but I could tell Hermes was a male from the day he was born.

We may have all come on different ships, but we're in the same boat now.

no, no eggs yet, i guess she was just practicing. i thought it was a little early for her to be digging yet. she dug a big tunneel the other and i came home to find walter in it. what a little dork! i am starting to think the little one is female and the two bigger ones are male, but we will just have to see
