My 2 oldest geckos only go to the toilet once a week if im lucky. They both eat well and always have done. I also have 2 juveniles over a year old and they poo everyday. It is strange but maybe it's how they are??? Hope this helps some

when I got him he was 7 months.he almost 10 months old? I'm a small breeder of crested .So I decided to try leos. Do you know the best temps. to keep them in day? night? maybe thats it?

Make sure you take the next poop to the vet for a fecal exam. If he has pinworms, no mineral oil will save him. You want to rule out parasitic infestations first before anything else.
And that includes internal parasites, paramecia or bacteria that could upset his stomach or external parasites like mites that could irritate his eyes and even make him anorexic...

What is his set up like? Some time small overlooked issues with husbandry may be drastically affecting your leo.

What size enclosure? What are the temps? How is it heated? How are you reading temps (digital thermometer, temp gun...etc)? What is the substrate? What have you been using for supplements? How many hides? Is he housed alone?

The temps should be around 92 in the "hot spot" and an ambient of 85-88 in the rest of the enclosure.
