This one is from DeKalb Co. which is right outside of Atalanta and just in or at the edge of a intergration zone with Nigra."Looks" mostly Eastern to me and those high chains are pretty cool. The snake was photographed by Hilton & Gayle Mills and is a approx 4'. I dont have any other info since I deleted the original email.
