Flame retics

thewho May 18, 2005 12:54 PM

Does anyone know the exact genetics behind the flame retics? I know that there is a calico gene in there somewhere, but I just can't remember the full genetics behind the snake.

Well Unless you know Kevin, Andy or Anyone personally at NERD you don't know anything about this snake to begin with. He was produced by Tiger het Calico X het Calico breeding. Wont know until more like him are produced, he is calico for sure though as he started life out different and turned into what he is today.

Where did I say I knew anyone at NERD personally? They frequently post on the boards and awhie back they posted a picture of the animal and gave some background info on him, and I couldn't remember exactly what they has said about his genetics. Try not to be so pompous next time...

You can read about him on the NERD website - Flame has his own page.

I know He has His own site on NERD Kara, but theres nothing really known about him except what was bred to produce him, we know how the trait shows its self as the animal ages the question is what is the gene? How does it work or will it even work?
