what you need to do is start using some sunscreen on that thing! or just stop taking him with you when you go lay out in the sun. (on second thought, maybe you have good reason for tanning with your snakes. it would certainly filter out certain types)

Nice Pix. You have such pretty critters. I positively have to come and visit you someday. I'll bring my truck. A big truck.
A question about his "insaneness". Has he bred for you? I've had a couple of nutty guys including one right now I call Satan. Satan has never settled down enough to be productive though I havent had him all that long. I did put a girl in his cage and he was pretty agressive at defending his territory. He didnt bite her but made it pretty clear he didnt want any company.

His Insane Awesomeness is RoLo. He's not a spaz, just what I'd call "fresh" from time to time...kind of like dealing with a spirited horse with whom you have a good working rapport, but the animal still likes to let you know what he's made of every now & then.
Hopefully we'll be hearing the slithery hisses of little RoLos later this year.
