leopard gecko hunger strike

i have a question regarding my male leopard, he wont eat !!!
his tank mate (smaller female) is as happy as can be. but he wont eat ?? they have plenty to choose from food wise you name it ive fed it, tempurature is adequate and so is fresh water . could there be something i have over looked??
