NEW BABIES! Very Light silver gray pictures>>

STUART May 18, 2005 07:22 PM

Had a new clutch last weekend they have all shed. This was a breeding between my two "poss. het t pos line" boas but these two didnt prove out but had some very light gray silver babies with lavender-like tails pretty nice.

Here is a pic of the whole clutch:

Here is a picture of a couple babies close up:

Here is a picture of one after it shed:

And another he/she has really light eyes as well:

Here is a picture of the father:

Is it just the lighting or am I crazy, those look like Anery Boas. Any Chance that they had this gene in there somewhere?
Well Congrats on the babies, but don't give up on the t possiblity. It may be that one is T and one is not. I would suggest that you keep 2.2 of the babies and when old enough breed them back to the parents to see if anyone proves out. If one of your snakes are T hets then all the babies are 50% chance het.
Good Luck

Hi Hoppy, when I saw them I thought they looked VERY anerythristic but I just couldnt believe they were. But they really look it though. The parents that had these are siblings. They came from a male I got when I was very young at a petstore obviously farmed and a HUGE female farmed breeder that I got from another breeder, now those two produced this girl:

So I kept her and some siblings to breed to see if this trait was genetic obviously t positive albino? Anyhow out pops 8 babies 6 of which look anerythristic. Doesnt make sense huh? Who knows I wonder what they are worth? I thought really nice "pastels" looked anerythristic when babies am I wrong about that? Not saying these are "pastels" but they ahd very very nice parents.

They look like very nice anerythristics.

Also, you need to turn the pink down on that last pic, even the paper is pink.

Didnt you buy one of my super nice het albinos a while ago? Or was that another Jeremy Douglas? How is she turning out any pics? Oh, I know the paper is red in the picture he spilled his water before his shed and the paper bled, it really was that color! That picture is also 2 years old as well.

Unfortunately I sold both the het and the albino to help fund another project. Both were amazing.

Thanks,

Jaremy
