Advice needed

marktrac May 19, 2005 08:44 AM

I bought a sand boa from someone who now sells venomous. I bought a female from this person and what I got was a male. When I e-mailed the seller about this I was told it could not be a male and the matter is closed. I don't know what to do, since this person no longer deals with sand boas I offered to keep the snake and get a partial refund. Nothing! I filed a complaint with the web-site and I got a generic e-mail saying they could do nothing. What can I do?! Any advice would be greatly welcome! Also be careful of who you buy from!

Well...

Depending how you paid for it: Check, postal Money order by mail. It could be considered "Mail Fraud" which the postal service aggressivley pursues. You might contact the postal service and fill out a report and let them contact this person.

Good Luck,

Al
