I just candled the next clutch that's due to hatch, and one of my eggs has twins!! Yes, I'm sure. I double-checked, then checked again. I've hatched out tons of beardies, but this will be my first set of twins.
I'd like to know how rare/or common this is. And if I should expect anything special with these. Deformities, runts,etc.

i got a twin last year
2 females in 1 egg separete and i nurse them to 3 months old and then i sold them.
thats double luck 2 females in a egg

i have a picture on my website when they hatched .
i saw it when they hatch, cool to see it if you candle them
if you look wel on the pic you see 2 heads peeping out.

I had 6 sets of twins last year, and I think I only lost a total of 2 babies....I have pictures on my webpage if you would like to see them.....Good luck, mine all did well, and I sold them.....

yep i whas very excited when i saw the twin .
i whas only afriad they would be atached to eachother and be a siamesetwin.
but lucky they came out separete.
