Honduran boas

metalpest May 19, 2005 01:52 PM

I just picked up a pair of honduran locality boas (thanks Steve Beamer!) and Im wondering about their care. Is is like colombian boas? Just wondering what care is needed for this locality, temp and humidity wise. Do these boas enjoy climbing? They have already been getting vertical! My goal is to breed these, so anyone who keeps and breeds them any info would be appreciated on this wonderful locality!

Thanks everyone, and I'll be posting pics of these beauties soon!

Nick

Since they would not require as large a cage as a colombian when fully mature, you have more room to work with.
For a pretty display, climbing branches would be great.

There is a wealth of information available to you here:

I am getting a trio from him too LOL.
I wanted to play around with this locality and see what comes of it. They have a really nice slate blue background with orangey brown saddles. Very different
Good Luck
