Female BCI getting Weird looking. Please help!!!!!!!!!!

joep123 May 19, 2005 11:17 PM

I have a female BCI my own production, about 4.5 years ago. Kept two females and one of them looks like she is loosing color and getting blotches on her face and along her body. Also her sides are getting orange and her brown is becoming more black than anything, and finally her tail is DARK with the midle really orange, just in the midle. Any comments will be welcome and really appreciated.
Thank you,
Joel P. NY

Preferably a before and after

Sounds neat, but nothing that is of any immediate concern. Any other changes or symptoms of illness?

I do not really know how. But in terms of health she eats like a horse. She just does not looks like a normal BCI I have her sister and they look like diffent types of BCs.
Thank you anyway,
JoeP

You have to go to the kingsnake.com photo gallary and download a your pic's there first. Then whenever you make a post in the forum an option will come up for you to select an image from the Photo gallery.

Your snake's look fine, if not a little thin. The changes are probably related to maturation. If any further symptoms (inappetence, regurgitation, open sores, weight loss, ect)then consider taking them to the vet for some diagnostics.
