Two of my turtles are sick. One of them, a hatchling yb, has a skin sore, or lesion, on the left side of its neck. I don't know what to put on it and can't take it to a knowledgeable vet.

The other turtle has RI. It's looking pretty sick. Once again, I can't find a knowledgeable vet, and don't know what to do.

I need some homemade remedies, some practical advice. I'm in Japan.
