water monitors from below

on nerds website it says that they nedd a 6'l by 3'w by 4'h (min) to survive
does that seem small
would a 7 by 4 by 4 bc a good size
or still to small

You shouldnt need a website to tell you any of this. As they could tell you anything if you look at different sites you will see different opinions of what size to use. thats all it is an opinion. If you ask me the only opinion that counts is the monitors.

All you should worry about is the size of the animal in question and the potential it can reach. With salvators your chances are great that it will hit 6 foot if cared for. There is also a chance for it to get as large as 9 foot. So you want the cage to atleast be suitable for a 6 foot monitor but always keep in mind you may need to go larger if it continues to grow.
