a few questions

I recently(two days ago) adopted a ball python in poor shape. didn't really want to but couldn't leave it those conditions.i have kept snakes for years just never a ball.it has an obvious resp infection and I have a vet appt. on tuesday. in the mean time i have a the hot side cranked up to about 100. should i make it hotter? cooler? or is this good?is their anything else i should do to help him out until tuesday?thanks for any advice, i'm late for work so i won't be able to check responses for a few hours. thanks again

While i am no expert.80 on one end and 95 on the other would be best.At least until someone with more experience with RI chimes in here to help out.
