Interesting you say that too, John Meltzer too remarked on this baby how red he is. Myself I'm not interested in that. Guess it has everything to do with personal taste. Cause even me, I like contrast but plenty of intense dark blotch pattern like their mother has, and some of the babies will look just like her. Though I certainly appreciate the high white like their father.

I agree the high contrast New Jersey Northerns are beautiful animals. Like John I like locality animals as well as uniquely marked ones. It would be interesting to launch a breeding project on #6 and see if the irregular shaped blotches are some kind of new morph.
