Baby Northern Pine number 9

Number nine would not sit still for pictures! Constantly coiling and striking, and moving in a backwards direction at all times. Mad baby!

All the babies can get an attitude! That's why with pics if I could I just left them in their containers on top of the towels. Cause moving them much causes them to go into their defensive display, hissing and coiling. Typical baby pine behavior. Most of them grow out of it with age. Though my first Pine snake that I worked with in college was and still is a hisser as an old adult. And oddly enough, she's always cranky in the morning! LOL! That snake got my love for Pines started.
