GizMoe,
post some more information on the show. (Like TIME, PLACE, and WHO is sponsering it).
I didn't know anything about the show. But now that I do, I'd be interested in going.
Thanks.

The flyer I recieved says it is the 6th Annual Sacramento Reptile Show sponsered by Upscale Reptiles. It takes place on August 2&3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sacramento Convention Center at 1400 J. St. It says that there will be 100's of reptiles and supplies from many different vendors. I have never been to this show, but it has defintly peaked my interest
I am planning to go, if my check book can handle it that is
Thanks, GizMoe...
I'll definately try my best to be there. Now I just gotta talk my buddy from Fairfield into coming as well.
Thanks again!

I might be going, not sure yet. Its between that or the one in San Mateo the following month. I went last year, but the San Mateo IRBA show is supposed to be huge. The sacramento show is relatively small. It had I think like 15-20 venders there last time. LLL was there, and they were like the prize of the show.
Interesting to know there are other Sacramentoininians out there
. I live out in hick ville...err Placerville...Georgetown is technically the real hill billy hick town..or so I've heard...I don't venture out that far from civilization. It would be cool to have a gathering of fellow Sacramentoininians or other people in the area just to talk about our animals and do whatever it is we reptile enthusiasts do.
Thanks for the info about the San Mateo show, now I have to go to that one too
. I live in Modesto, pretty close to Sacramento. I am looking forward to checking out the reptiles and meeting people who have are also interested in reptiles and herp keeping. All of my friends just think I am crazy! Thanks again for the info.

Thats cool. I live about 40 minutes from Sac. Plan on going to Sac state once I get my general ed. from the community college here. Didn't do the language classes like I was supposed to
So are you going to college in sac? Just curious, I don't know many people in my area interested in herps like me
. I just love them. They are probably the coolest animals there are (ferrets too
.

Actually, I am going to Chico State in the fall. Chico is about 1.5 hours away from Sacramento. I am really looking forward to a change of scenery. Of course I will be taking all of my pets with me when I move. I had to find an apartment that would let me have pets, I could never leave them behind. I don't know many people who are interested in herps, most of my friends (especially the girls) think I am crazy!

I don't know many girls who actually have enough interest in herps to own one. Most of my friends think I am crazy too, they can see the cuteness in the animals, but they don't understand my obsession with them.
I may be going to the Sacramento show afterall. My friend may go with me, and I plan on going to the San Mateo show the following month if my mom wants to go. My car got totalled, so I kinda rely on everyone to drive me around until get another car.
Do you have like MSN Messenger, AIM, or ICQ? If so, maybe we could talk on it sometime. It would be a lot easier than on here, and it would be nice to actually converse live with another reptile lover. I know of only one person in the area.
I am!! I'm getting some beardies and a chameleon!!
