how much noise do they tollorate because i often lissento music in my room and watch tv etc will the gecko tollerate this as long as it isnt too loud?

I have my gecko in the family room, which is where all my entertainment stuff is (computer, stereo, tv, etc.). My gecko sleeps through all of it. We have surround sound too, and she doesn't seem to care, even when the volume is up louder than normal. Not to mention I have a 3 yr old daughter that runs past her tank all the time. I think that it really depends on the gecko. My gecko is around a lot of commotion, and doesn't seem to be phased at all by it; she's used to it. And she's extremely healthy and thriving well. You can tell when an animal is bothered by something also, they will be restless, may not even eat. Of course, I don't recommend putting any speakers near the tank on the highest volume possible.

I have mine in the living room too. They have plenty of hideouts, but as long as they know the noises are safe, they'll be alright.

I have my leos in the livingroom with three small children and 3 dogs, right next to the television. Honestly I never thought about it... LOL

They do great, they are fat as anything, happy to be watched (even while laying as you may have seen in my pics) My cat sits on the top of the tank and they glance up at her now and then but thats about it..

Pretty tolerant guys they be =) I have two hides and two wet hides/lay boxes in there.
