how long do you think itll be before i can actually start feeding from the colony? is one nymph the same as 1 criket? like size ratio and what not

Congrats on getting the roaches. You can leave them together. Keep them warm and clean out the tank 1x a week. They don't have an odor or make noise so that should be a relief. On the downside, these guys will take awhile to reproduce enough to where you can feed them out regularly. You can keep feeding crickets, mealworms and supplement with a few small roaches until your colony gets established. Good luck with your new feeders.

alrite thanks
yeah the no noise issue will be the best i think, right now im in another room with the door closed and i still hear those lil buggers , smell hasnt really been an issue

today upon waking up i saw 2 females laying eggs then after about 5 min one started to dig up in the corner of the dish with soil, i skared her and she scaterd then today after work i go to look how there doing and im not sure if it was the same one but in the same spot another female digging
Should i move the dish to another tank keep it warm and moist and place another one in with the breeders?

I recommend not feeding out of your colony at all for at least a few months. You can house them all together without any problems. Nymphs are pretty meaty. One could easily equal 3 or 4 crickets depending on what sizes you're comparing.

I have a new caresheet up if you're interested in reading it.
