I recently aquired a 2 year old female green iguana. The guy that was taking care of her apparently hasn't fed her or given her any type of supplements. She's been eating like a prized pig for about 2 days now. I let my other ig, King Arthur roam around the room almost constantly cause i don't like him cramped up in that little cage. Well today I was cleaning both their cages at the same time and decided to see what they would do when i introduced eachother. They haven't had hardly any contact with eachother other than maybe a glimpse. Well, I put them on the bed and they walked around lickin everything, then king Arthur started bobbin his head and all that good stuff, then Lady Quenivere, as i'm going to call her, like spread eagle on her belly and just sat there. I went to go clean the cages and came back and he was on top of her gettin jiggy with it and I scared em cause i dropped the water bowl and they both ran. haha After that she just went up to my pillow and has been layin there since. Well, I'm gonna take her to the vet wed for her first check-up as my doctor was out of town for a while. Guess I better get a laying bin in there. Just wanted to share. Have fun!
