first gargoyle egg

harlanm May 22, 2005 04:39 PM

found my female gargoyles first egg today, she only laid one and she is just over 2 years old, a late bloomer i guess ,she spent her first year in a petstore, i think thats why she took longer to develope. the father is the one i posted about below with the prolapse. he goes to the vet tomorrow to get an amputation. i hope he makes it, but if not at least he will leave a legacy behind. hopefully she will lay a couple more clutches for me.
