Pa Snake Laws?

Anybody know of any snake regulations in pa? (other than which ones you can and cant catch) Do you need a venmous snake permit or something?

There are regs on native species, but no state wide regs on exotics. Local muni laws must be checked, such as if you live in hooterville townchip, maybe no exotics at all. But generally it is wide open. No venomous laws either, xcept for timbers, which again is a native species bag limit. Reptiles come under fish and boat, not game or agriculture. Many out of state vendors carry a "haulers license", which comes under agriculture, meant for semi's moving chickens and the like. I have never heard of anyone being checked for that paperwork.

Ohio next door is a TOTALLY different matter, all of the small time vendors like myself stay far away from crossing the boarder now...
