ok I can't get it to work but the picture is in the photo gallery,
the name of the pic is babysnake.

That is a Brownsnake or Dekay's Snake (Storeria dekayi). They don't really make good pets, although they will eat earthworms. They are small snakes generally less than 15 inches.
