AlteredMind99 May 23, 2005 11:49 AM

I originally posted about this in the tegu forum, but this one moves a bit faster so i figured i would try here also...

Im going to be building a cage for my tegu and im wondering what is the best way of waterproofing/sealing it?

While this is not completely about waterproofing, it should answer your questions: www.GARF.org has a DIY area that helps you with enclosure size etc. The information that it gives you in the customized instructions (it customizes based on what you enter) is actually for an aquarium. It explains not only how to build it but gives detail on making it waterproof. ... hey if it works for aquarium water weight, it should handle the water that you will put in your Beardie or Tegu enclosure.
