Possible Anery Boa. New Blood

Gabor May 23, 2005 01:25 PM

Hi

These 3 pictures show boas that are possible anerys. They come from normal parents. From a cluth of 28 babys 7 were colored like that - gray, white, black. They are also not premature. I got 4 of them and 2 stayed home. They look very Anery i think. Right now they are 3 months old. Its a long wait untill we will prove them. I really belive its a brand new Anery line.

Even if they prove to be anery, what makes you think they are new blood? Isn't it possible you just had 2 het anerys and did not know it? I know I have sold many het anerys to pet stores.

They look anery, time will tell, good luck !
Craig, I think he is located at about 7000 km from you in a country where you must have not been seling anery's and where morph are not often found ...

Good luck with that. They look like great looking anery's and if they prove to be anerys then congrats but if not then they are still stunning animals and hopefully with become great breeders for you. Good luck!

Sincerely,
Rose

I agree they do look anery, I thought he was in the states, my bad. I just know around my house some one will probably be breeding albinos, anerys, and possibly snows by accident. Most of the boas I have sold to local petshops are poss het snows. Craig

Thanks. Yeap. They look anery. It is almoust impossible that some of your snakes or any other boas from US came to Poland. We dont have even one proven Anery in the whole country. Interesting dont ya think!!! Im with my friend Adrian the only ones having albino boas. 2 person in 40 mln country. Bad for us because we need to import everything from other countrys. These Anerys i got from a Hungarian guy. The same situation as in Poland so i think it might be a new bloodline.

Take care

It might be a new bloodline, but it could be the same anery
morph that is already out there. (Anery II is from the CA boas)
I know from time to time random breedings of wild caught boas
pop out anerys. It seems to be one of the more common morph
types (they probably have a much better survival rate in the wild
than say an albino would have, my theory).
Only way to know is to breed to another anery, can you get any
out there? (or ship a baby here to have a breeding trail done?)
Either way it's very exciting and they are nice, good luck!!!
