Marcial Mendez uses a similar design for some of his adults. However his are clear on the sides. I'm not sure who made them, you might what too give him a shout. @ http://www.chondrolicious.com

man julian that pic has to be a lil old lol. i went up there back in jan to get my chondro from him and he probably has twice the cages now!
However, i think your measurements are quite a bit small for your snake. I would personally make 24" deep x 24" tall x 36" long. However 24" long is commonly used, I just don't like them that small.
