Hey Nextworld, what's a harlequin?

I saw one of your ads and wondered if this is an actual morph or just a description of a neat looking snake.

Just curious...
Bruce

PS. Great descriptions of YBs and granites on your site, btw!

Hi,
Thanks for the kind words on the Guide. KS keeps deleting it, but im glad some people saw it. Harlequin is just a description for now, for snakes that look like that, to my knowledge no one has proved them out yet. John Berry and I have a nice group we are working with so the extra male was not needed.
Hope this helps

Hey Jon, what are the characteristics of harlequins? What are you looking to prove out?

Thanks again for the help with the het ivories and granites. Bummer that KS keeps dinging you for your posts, but hopefully your recent posts remain. If anything, KS should ask to use your content (in exchange for some ad placement or something) and include your info in its BP FAQ.

Hey,
I will try to do a Harlequin guide this week, there are not many good ones around so getting comparison pics will be hard. I just got off the phone with John Berry and he will try to get me pics of his tonight. (maybe i can do it tonight???)
Hope this helps
Jon

...if so what did the parents look like ?

Several breeders have been dinking around with these as a project but the evidence has been inconclusive to date ....

cheers, John
