On this page is a link to the photo gallery. Go there and that is where you upload your pictures. When you click on the browse you can select the right sized pic. Complete the request for info about the pic. Click post. Return to the forum where you want to post your pic and instead of clicking on post click on browse. Your gallery pics will appear. Select which you want to post. And voila! Done.
