Female for next year.

jlassiter May 24, 2005 12:26 AM

I produced this girl in 2002 out of my Vivid line. I held her back cause I really liked her saddles. I hope to see what she will produce next year.
Thanks for looking,
John Lassiter

I'm one of those guys who like the split saddles. I'll bet she produces nice stuff for you.

Here's one like yours that I'm preparing for next year.

BTW, I've been doing a study like mexicanmak (mike) did last year. I put 4 "female" thayeri together in a 20 gallon tank to see how well they coexist together. Well I found out that they coexist a little too well. One of my "females" is either a male or a bull dyke. LOL I caught him trying to lock up with my "hot lava" female last night. Needless to say my coexistance experiment ceased right there. Soooooooooo.... correction to my snake count. I went from 4.10 to 5.9 on my thayeri. I did not probe yet but it sure looked convincing.

Any one else ever see females getting freindly like that ????

They almost look hollow. Execellent looking animal.

Thanks Mark but the credit really goes to Dan Vermilya. All I did was lay out the hard, cold, greenbacks for him. LOL. I'm trying to figure out which female(s) I'm going to match him up with now that I have 2 fewer females to breed next year.

Sorry to hear about the mis gender. I had that problem this year with some of my Brooksi. I had males trying to breed with males. The male on the bottom would not have anything to do with that idea.....LOL
I have never seen two females try to breed, but have seem them do the twitch together.
BTW....Nice looking male leonis there Chris.....
You're right, he does kinda look like this female I produced last year.

You know John when she gets ready to go, we ought to work something out with those two????? Unless of course you already have plans for her.
