Back on topic now....

My rescue is growing like a weed (she was 24.5grams last week, now she is 31grams!) I was wondering..this is the first leo i have really kept close tabs on the weights, i didn't used to measure weights on most of my animals and now i keep weekly checks on them all. Im wondering what is a good healthy weight for an adult female leopard gecko? My other leo is a male and he is HUGE so no basis for comparison there. (I have a small digital scale that weighs up to a 1/4lb and he is too heavy to be weighed on it! Im going out tomorrow to buy a better scale!!!) I just want to keep good tabs on her progress, what are some weights of your female leos?

Now that i think of it, what is an average weight for male leos? A post a couple below had some nice healthy looking leos and i think she said they weighed like 50-60grams...Pogo weighs at least 112grams...

I weigh my geckos once a week also. I have records from about 3 years ago still.
Different leos grow at different rates so it's hard to say if your gecko is teh "right" weight or not.
Here's the weights of my females (all adults):
Atalanta- 79g
Athena-77g
Artemis-47g
Aphrodite-52g
And I've had two adult males one was 110g and the other is 77g.

Thanks, that gives me an idea of what to shoot for on the little female. She is growing well and making promising improvements, im very happy with her progress.

My male must just be a freak. He is very large, almost 10inches from snount to tail tip and weighs at least 112grams, im going to try and get a real weight on him later today.

Same here. I had male that was 110g and was 10in long but he was the biggest baby!

Yeah, Pogo is a real doll. He is a rescue, i think lots of times they turn out to be the sweetest ones!

My male weighs in at 98grms and my 3 females weigh 69grms, 53grms and 40. I also try and weigh them once a week and i keep constant records of almost all things that happen.
