My BP's enclosure is about 80-85% at all times. I live in San Diego, so humidity is already relatively high, and his water dish puts it at about 83% on average. Is this okay, or do I need to bring it down? Thanks.

If the enclosure has good ventilation you are fine. Ball's thrive & look great at high relative humidity, just make sure the cage has very good ventilation & you'll have a happy Ball.

I don't have a whole lot of ventilation. I have a 40 gallon tank about 16 inches high. It has two sliding screens on top. I put two pieces of posterboard over the screens to keep heat in. However, they do not fit exactly, so there is some ventilation on the edges of each screen. Is this okay or not?
