Have any of you had girls eat while gravid.....fairly late in the process. Post or pre ovulation?
I just had a girl nail a couple rats that I was convinced was gravid.....I have not seen an ovulation yet.

Most will stop eating well before they ovulate.... I have only had one female eat till ovulation....
After ovulation they wont eat...

Mine stop feeding early on and I don't normally offer food until after the first clutch of eggs are laid or until early June. This year will be different. I think I have a few females that are going to lay sometime in July or later. The weather here has been completely uncooperative.
