Chiumbo and Cheeku together at last !

The male is closest to the left, she is shedding so appears lighter in body color, and much longer as I mentioned.

Such interesting looking lizards.

I caught another horned lizard, Phrynosoma platyrhinos, spotted it moving while driving down a dirt road. When I got out I couldn't find it; although, I was sure it was there then my husband spotted it blending in. No photo, we went for a hike. I collected a lot of low quality garnets littering the trail and in rocks. Sighted "blue bellies" my husband caught one and thought its spring and survived brumation should be healthy enough for Annabella to eat but while he was at work I let it free in our rock garden.

Thats nice, and will even be nicer when you look out an see him basking, they are very pretty lizards.

I would not like getting my lizards into eating lizards, I do not want them aggressive towards my little ones Plus after having all kinds of lizards as pets, I don't think I could do it.

But I understand thats what they do in nature.

But seeings they are no longer in nature, they will have to eat what I provide, LOL
