I caught a eastern garter today that was pretty nasty.It did it's usual defensive bites.After it realised it was not working it clamped on to my pinkie and started chewing.I could not get the snake off!The snake even got those nasty little back teeth into my finger.It took me fifteen minutes to get the snake off.The whole left side of my hand went numb.This went on for a half an hour than it started to itch.Nasty little bugger.Thought that was worth mentioning.
